Where are you going and what are you doing here?\u201d \u201cOh, nowhere and nothing\u201d  \u201cYou look so pensive, why?\u201d \u201cYes, you are right. We are looking for something,\u201d replied the six blind men. \u201cWho are you, sir?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\u201dlinks1\u201d-link-171\" class=\"sh-link \u201dlinks1\u201d-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('\u201dlinks1\u201d', 171, 'Show_Answer', 'Hide_Answer'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"\u201dlinks1\u201d-toggle-171\">Show_Answer<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"\u201dlinks1\u201d-content-171\" class=\"sh-content \u201dlinks1\u201d-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\">  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suddenly a voice addressed the six blind men as gentlemen and wished good morning to them and also asked where they were going and what they were doing there.  The six blind men exclaimed and told that they were going nowhere and doing nothing. The voice asked why they looked so pensive. They replied in the affirmative that he was right and added that they were looking for something. Then they addressed them as sir and asked who he was.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The teacher said to the boy, \u201cDo you think that honesty is the best policy?\u201d The boy said, \u201cYes, I think so.\u201d \u201cThen learn to be honest from boyhood,\u201d said the teacher. \u201cThank you, sir,\u201d said the boy. \u201cMay Allah grant you a long life,\u201d said the teacher to the boy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\u201dlinks2\u201d-link-171\" class=\"sh-link \u201dlinks2\u201d-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('\u201dlinks2\u201d', 171, 'Show_Answer', 'Hide_Answer'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"\u201dlinks2\u201d-toggle-171\">Show_Answer<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"\u201dlinks2\u201d-content-171\" class=\"sh-content \u201dlinks2\u201d-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\">\n\n\n\n<p>The teacher asked the boy if he (B) thought honesty is the best policy. The boy replied respectfully in the affirmative and said that he (B) thought so. Then the teacher advised him (B) to learn to be honest from his (B) boyhood. The boy thanked his (B) teacher politely. The teacher wished that Allah might grant him (B) a long life.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My mother said, \u201cWon\u2019t you go to school today?\u201d I said, \u201cMother, I feel feverish today. I don\u2019t want to go to school.\u201d \u2018Ok, take rest now. You should be more careful about your health\u201d said mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\u201dlinks3\u201d-link-171\" class=\"sh-link \u201dlinks3\u201d-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('\u201dlinks3\u201d', 171, 'Show_Answer', 'Hide_Answer'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"\u201dlinks3\u201d-toggle-171\">Show_Answer<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"\u201dlinks3\u201d-content-171\" class=\"sh-content \u201dlinks3\u201d-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\">\n\n\n\n<p>My mother asked me if I wouldn\u2019t go to school that day. Addressing her as mother I replied that I felt feverish that day. I added that I didn\u2019t want to go to school. Then my mother told me that it was ok. She advised me to take rest then. She also said that I would be more careful about my health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDear friend, which book do you want?\u201d \u201c\u2018A Practical English Grammar\u2019 of A. J. Thompson. I lost my copy yesterday.\u201d said Oishe. \u201cI can lend you but return it in a week,\u201d I said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\u201dlinks4\u201d-link-171\" class=\"sh-link \u201dlinks4\u201d-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('\u201dlinks4\u201d', 171, 'Show_Answer', 'Hide_Answer'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"\u201dlinks4\u201d-toggle-171\">Show_Answer<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"\u201dlinks4\u201d-content-171\" class=\"sh-content \u201dlinks4\u201d-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\">\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing Oishe as dear friend, I asked her which book she wanted. Oishe replied that it was \u2018A practical English Grammar\u2019 of A. J. Thompson. She added that she had lost her copy the previous day. I said that I could lend her. But I added that she should return it in a week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHow lovely the doll is!\u201d I\u2019ll buy it,\u201d said Mona. \u201cNo, it is not durable. Tomorrow we\u2019ll visit another village fair. Then you can buy another doll. Let\u2019s go now,\u201d said mother. \u201cYou must buy me a good doll,\u201d said Mona. \u201cYes\u201d, replied mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\u201dlinks5\u201d-link-171\" class=\"sh-link \u201dlinks5\u201d-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('\u201dlinks5\u201d', 171, 'Show_Answer', 'Hide_Answer'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"\u201dlinks5\u201d-toggle-171\">Show_Answer<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"\u201dlinks5\u201d-content-171\" class=\"sh-content \u201dlinks5\u201d-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\">\n\n\n\n<p>Mona exclaimed with wonder that the doll was very lovely. She (Mona) added that she (Mona) would buy that. Mother replied the negative and said that it was not durable. She (mother) added that next day they would visit another village fair. She (mother) again said that she (Mona) could buy another doll then. After that mother proposed\/suggested that they should go then. Mona said that she (mother) had to buy her (Mona) a good doll. Mother replied in the affirmative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhy are you looking so happy?\u201d Dipa said to Rupali. \u201cMy brother sent a mobile phone for me yesterday,\u201d replied Rupali. \u201cBut what\u2019s the use of it to you? I think it is a mere wastage of money,\u201d said Dipa. \u201cNo, I can communicate with others in the shortest possible time,\u201d said Rupali. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\u201dlinks6\u201d-link-171\" class=\"sh-link \u201dlinks6\u201d-link sh-hide\"><a href=\"#\" onclick=\"showhide_toggle('\u201dlinks6\u201d', 171, 'Show_Answer', 'Hide_Answer'); return false;\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span id=\"\u201dlinks6\u201d-toggle-171\">Show_Answer<\/span><\/a><\/div><div id=\"\u201dlinks6\u201d-content-171\" class=\"sh-content \u201dlinks6\u201d-content sh-hide\" style=\"display: none;\">\n\n\n\n<p>Dipa asked Rupali why she (R) was looking so happy. Rupali replied that her (R) brother had sent a mobile phone for her (R) the previous day. But Dipa asked what the use of it was to her (R). She (D) also said that she (D) thought it was a mere wastage of money. Mira said, \u201cI\u2019ve not decided. Can you suggest any?\u201d \u201cLet us go on a picnic\u201d said Hira. \u201cWhat an excellent idea it is! Mira replied that she (M) hadn\u2019t decided. She (M) also asked if she (H) could suggest any ideas. Hira proposed that they should go on a picnic together. Mira exclaimed with joy that it was a very excellent idea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;<strong>9. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The stranger said to the boy, \u201cCan you tell me the way to the nearest hotel?\u201d \u201cYes, sir, I can.
